We laugh, we cry, we hug a lot.
 We keep each other strong.
When one of us goes out for fun,
         the rest all go along.
We gad about, we lunch and munch,
        in one big happy throng.
We've found the place where we fit in,
the place we all belong.
RED BARONETTES LEAVE THE SENIOR CENTRE!

There has been a gaggle of gatherings since last report
----------

The May gathering was held at Pebbles restaurant on the 20th.   It was a lovely sunny day - so nice to have lunch where one could sit and enjoy the view over the water.
Lynne  had brought her doll that loudly sang "  I wanna be loved by you" and that certainly entertained the whole restaurant!   No earth shattering decisions were made, it was a day to just enjoy the companionship.
                                           -----------
An early get together on June 10th found us all at the Lighthouse Pub. What a lunch!  Each one  was flabbergasted at the amount of food that was served. Who dared mention DIET ?   Everyone got right into gobbling it up although some did resort to getting a "doggie bag" to take home.  Donna brought her purple bear  -  but it didn't sing.  Lynn Lowden presented us with a scrambled word contest and the one who got it all right and won the prize was Terri.
Some discussion was held about the parade on July 1
                                 -----------

June 17th we were seen in our bright colors as a few of us were in attendance and helping at the "over 80's tea" It was a successful event as always and the people do enjoy seeing us in our purple and red. The theme this year was Sherlock Holmes .  We were even pleased to have in attendance a Mr. Sherlock Holmes and his sidekick Dr. Watson. The tables were decorated with silhouettes of Holmes and Bonnie held a mystery game with connections to one of the mystery stories.
                                       ------------------------

It has been decided  that the Red Baronettes will no longer be an activity of the Senior Centre.  This also means that this is the last contribution to this website. It has been fun having this site and I know a lot of people enjoyed seeing the pictures each month.
The Baronettes will still be seen strutting their stuff around town.
